Aya Kantorovich is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Fractal, an infrastructure provider that enables institutions to clear, settle, and manage their collateral in digital assets on-chain. As a former founding team member of FalconX, Aya was responsible for scaling the company’s revenue through their most recent $8B valuation last year and has over five years of experience in the institutional cryptocurrency space. Aya built FalconX’s sales trading desk and was instrumental in growing the firm’s trading and market-making businesses. She was the youngest FalconX executive, leading the sales and client coverage organization supporting 700+ clients with over 30x YoY revenue growth.
