Ji Kim is the General Counsel and Head of Global Policy, Digital Assets for Crypto Council for Innovation (CCI). CCI is the premier global alliance for advancing the promise of digital assets through research, education, policy, advocacy, and litigation strategy. 

Before CCI, Ji was the General Counsel and Head of Policy & Regulatory Affairs at Gemini, a global digital asset exchange and custodian. Prior to that, he was a senior attorney at Kraken, another global digital asset exchange.

Earlier in his career, he was a senior associate attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and served as Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert D. Drain of the Southern District of New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
